Our small vegan diner opened in a quiet corner of Camden Market. It slowly became the go-to vegan diner in London with over 60k Instagram followers!

 

We then built a state-of-the-art production facility in Lancashire, with production starting in early 2022. We are now one of the only meat and fish analogue producers who actually produce in the UK.

 

We then joined forces with NPD chefs (Ex Leon, Ottolenghi, and El Bulli), who drive our R&D team and not the other way around.

 

Our clients can now access any vegan meat solution that comes to mind through our rapid NPD cycles and UK-based factory.
